Factory Connection is proud to have a strong relationship with many quality dealerships / accessories shops in the United States and Canada. Authorized Factory Connection suspension tuning is only completed in our facilities in Barrington NH, Corona CA and Drummondville, Quebec CANADA.

However, we do have a number of quality dealerships / shops that are authorized to sell our products and ship suspension to Factory Connection for all suspension services.

Authorized Factory Connection shops can:

• Ship suspension components to Factory Connection for suspension services / modifications
• Stock / sell Factory Connection springs, fluids, wear parts, specialty parts, apparel and stickers.

In addition, we recommend you look to support these dealers. Maybe your next bike purchase, parts purchase, accessories purchase or riding gear. These companies should be able to help you meet your needs and give you quality customer service.
