Authorized Factory Connection suspension
tuning is only completed in our facilities
in Barrington NH, Corona CA and Muskogee, OK.
However, we do have a number of quality dealerships /
shops that are authorized to sell our products and ship
suspension to Factory Connection for all suspension services.
Authorized Factory Connection shops can:

suspension components to Factory Connection for suspension
services / modifications

Stock / sell Factory Connection springs, fluids, wear parts, specialty parts, apparel
and stickers.
In
addition, we recommend you look to support these dealers.
Maybe your next bike purchase, parts purchase, accessories
purchase or riding gear. These companies should be able
to help you meet your needs and give you quality customer
service.
CANADA "Authorized Key Shipping Centers"
December of 2011 Factory Connection introduced the "Authorized Key Shipping Centers" program for our Canadian customers. The program is designed to offer Canadian customers an easy method in which to send their suspension to Factory Connection in the USA thru a local dealer.
